Job summary

Iveco Group is seeking a Supplier Quality Specialist in Piemonte, Italy to evaluate supplier competencies, tooling, and processes. You will lead supplier assessments, ensure APQP/PPAP conformance, and drive improvements with engineering and procurement teams.

The role requires deep knowledge of quality tools, strong leadership, and willingness to travel regularly to supplier sites. Fluent English is essential, and knowledge of French is a plus, with a CCSL-based salary range in the documented

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree. Preferred: Electrical Engineering (Electronics).
• Fluent English (both spoken and written).
• French language knowledge will be a plus.
• At least five years experience in Design Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Product validation, Process Quality.
• General knowledge of key industrial manufacturing processes.
• Leadership and consolidated experience in managing technical topics.
• Solid knowledge of APQP, PA/PSA, PPAP, ISO standards.
• Problem solving techniques (8D, Ishikawa, pareto diagram).
• Knowledge of measurement systems and control systems design.
• Availability to travel on regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Support the global product development process for new products and ensure suppliers meet Iveco Group requirements.
• Support current product quality management activities, both at 0km and in field.
• Assure proper non-conformity containment tools application and irreversible corrective actions.
• Apply problem solving techniques at suppliers (8D, Ishikawa, pareto diagram).
• Verify capability studies to assure process stability and accuracy (Cp, CPk).
• Lead supplier Program Reviews, Process Audits and PPAP.
• Lead technical evaluation at supplier premises for new product and production needs.
• Support suppliers and Technology & Digital / Quality teams in developing technical solutions.
• Support defining and developing new technology and assist suppliers during industrialization phases.
