Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quality preferred, or another technical field.
• 2+ years of on-site process Quality Technician or supplier QA consultancy.
• Experience as internal auditor preferred.
• Specific Knowledge English required (written and spoken).
• Preferable knowledge of injection moulding and extrusion technologies.
• IT Knowledge (Microsoft Office).
• Competencies: Team working orientation, Flexibility, Analytical approach, Goal-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Conduct laboratory tests and manage product knowledge and critical issues (MFI tests, traction machines, dimensional controls, PPAP validation).
• Identify, document, and manage internal and third-party complaints and report on resolutions.
• React to anomalies in moulding/extrusion processes and perform internal audits.
• Prepare quality control procedures and convert SDDC cards into control procedures with appropriate parameters.
• Contribute to compliance with the 16 Global Quality Areas and support internal QA programs.

Responsibilities:

• Knows all the products made and the relative critical issues through the conduct of appropriate laboratory test (MFI tests, use of traction machines, dimensional controls of parts, validation with PPAP report)
• Identifies, formalises and manages internal and third-parties complaints, taking action to resolve and reporting on the situation
• Knows all products and criticalities and reacts to anomalies in moulding, extrusion and broom making processes
• Performs internal audits
• Prepares quality control procedures for internal and external production, converting SDDC control cards into control procedures and proposing appropriate control parameters

Additional Responsibilities

• Contributes to compliance and implementation of the 16 Global Quality Areas, further developing the internal program
• Automates and improves the company's quality management system, develops and implements the company's SharePoint
• Inserts data related to controls and quality issues and deals with analysing and preparing reports
• Defines the functions of the Manufacturing Execution System for the Quality sector
• Establishes corrective actions for non-conformance and ensures timely resolution
