000175 FHP di R. Freudenberg S.A.S. is seeking an experienced warehouse professional to ensure safe and efficient operation of all equipment, meet productivity targets, and provide guidance to the team. The role requires 4–5 years in a warehouse or distribution setting, with SAP WMS experience and RF/barcoding proficiency.

The candidate should be able to lift up to 50 lb, adapt to changing workloads, and communicate effectively with supervisors and cross-functional teams within the facility.

Competenze

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Associate’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 4-5 years in warehouse or distribution environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb.
• Experience with RF and bar-coding and various warehouse management systems.
• Work experience with SAP WMS is a must.

Professional Experience and Education

• Ability to prioritize assignments and complete on time.
• Writing and verbal skills must be able to read, write and speak local language fluently.
• Able to provide direction to workforce and to communicate warehouse rules and procedures.
• Able to work any shift as required by the changing workloads or the specific needs of the company.
• Able to lift up to 50 lb.
• Able to operate a fork truck/pallet jack (electric or manual).
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Experience with RF and bar-coding and various warehouse management systems.
• Work experience with SAP WMS is a must.
