FHP di R. Freudenberg S.A.S. in Monselice, Veneto, is seeking a Production Operator.

You will troubleshoot machines, ensure safety measures, record production data and complete quality audits. You will communicate issues to shift lead or supervisor, supporting continuous improvement. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent level of education
• 0-4 years of experience in manufacturing environment preferred
• Fluent in local language and be able to read, write, and speak English (if not local language) at basic level.
• Basic math skills and good use of logic
• Able to work and think independently
• Prior experience working on a machine Specific knowledge
• Some experience in manufacturing is preferred
• Basic math skills and good use of logic
• Specific competencies Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical condition, speed and accuracy for performing repetitive tasks
• Motivated individuals who want to work and will show up to their scheduled shifts on time and excited and ready to work
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Learning agility – Learn new tasks/rotate to different cells as needed and able to pick up new task quickly
