RINA is currently recruiting for a Quality Assurance Engineer to join its team in Campi Bisenzio within the Sustainability and Business Innovation Division.

Mission

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to support quality assurance activities within a major aerospace and defense program. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, implementing quality assurance processes, and collaborating with key stakeholders to maintain high standards in service execution.

Key Accountabilities
  • Analyze contractual requirements and implement quality assurance measures for aerospace and defense programs.
  • Prepare and release quality assurance documentation, including QAP, CoC, and NC reports.
  • Support the preparation of service planning and compliance documentation.
  • Verify deliverables throughout the service lifecycle to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Participate in formal service/product reviews, including meetings with regulatory or military authorities.
  • Manage non-conformities, corrective and preventive actions, and provide support for internal and customer audits.
Education

Master’s Degree in Engineering General.

Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of quality standards such as UNI EN 9100, ISO 9001, and AQAP2110.
  • Experience with configuration management tools (SAP-PLM).
  • Excellent documentation skills in both English and Italian.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ability to interpret key performance metrics.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
