Job summary

QIMA is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to join our Operations team in Italy. You will report to an Operations Manager and ensure inspections meet the QIMA quality standard while collaborating with suppliers and internal teams.

Responsibilities include reviewing inspection documents, conducting inspections for softline and hardline goods, and producing timely inspection reports. English proficiency and strong attention to detail are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of quality management experience for softline/hardline products.
• Knowledge of AQL standards and safety/quality regulations.
• Strong command of English, written and spoken.
• High attention to detail and professional ethics.

Responsibilities

• Check emails daily to receive inspection documents and guidelines.
• Attend inspections on time and communicate professionally with suppliers.
• Perform product inspections and supervise container stuffing according to procedures.
• Fulfill inspection reports within established timelines.
