Job summary

QIMA is seeking an Auditor - QHSE / Social Compliance for full-time onsite work in Italy. You will audit manufacturing sites, assess labor rights and safety, and report findings to clients.

Ideal candidates have a higher education degree in a related field and 3+ years of QHSE auditing experience, with SMETA/BSCI/SA8000/WRAP exposure and fluency in Italian and English. Join our Consumer Products division to help ensure safe, ethical products for global brands.

Qualifications

• Higher education degree in Engineering, Law, Economics, Social Sciences or related major.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience conducting QHSE and social audits.
• Experience with SMETA/BSCI/SA8000/WRAP audits is a plus.
• Italian and English; strong written and spoken proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Audit manufacturing sites of clients’ suppliers, including labour rights, safety, and environment per standards.
• Identify violations and document findings in detailed client reports.
• Engage with factory management with integrity and professional conduct.
• Support client meetings to tailor QC procedures and improve operations.
