Quanta Energy S.A. in Milan seeks a Project Manager with 3-5 years of experience in PV solar systems to oversee all phases of commercial and industrial PV plants, with hybrid work arrangements. You will coordinate suppliers, supervise site inspections, and ensure delivery on time and within budget.

The role requires an engineering degree, fluency in Italian and English, and the ability to travel up to 50%. A permanent contract with growth opportunities is offered.

Competenze

• Degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical, Energy or Industrial).
• 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager in PV systems or in the energy sector.
• Strong understanding of PV principles, electrical systems, and grid connection.
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Result-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

Mansioni

• Supervise and coordinate all project phases, from planning to final delivery.
• Assign and manage suppliers and subcontractors to ensure proper implementation of PV systems.
• Perform site inspections to verify proper installation of systems and compliance with quality standards and regulations.
• Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, suppliers, and team members.
• Quickly identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the project.
