Remotepeople is seeking a PV Installation Team Leader to own the full installation process end to end in Piedmont, Italy. You will supervise a small crew of installers, coordinate scheduling, and liaise with clients to keep them informed.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in PV installation with leadership experience, strong communication, and fluency in Italian. You’ll manage safety, budgets, and supplier coordination on-site.

Ready to run your own crew and help shape how a growing solar company scales its rooftop operations? A rooftop solar and heat pump installation company in the Piedmont region is hiring a PV Installation Team Leader to own the full installation process end to end.

What you'll do:

• Supervise and mentor a small team of installers, running team meetings and on-the-job training
• Build and manage the installation schedule, optimising routes and calendars, and communicating timelines to clients
• Coordinate subcontractors and external partners when extra hands are needed on site
• Own materials planning - working with purchasing to keep the right stock on-site and manage on-site inventory
• Have a backup plan ready for rain days or staffing gaps
• Oversee installation execution: timelines, budget, technical troubleshooting, and quality control
• Enforce safety protocols, run safety briefings, and keep accurate project records and reporting

What you bring:

• 5+ years in PV installation, including experience supervising a team
• Leadership and communication skills - you can run a crew and keep clients in the loop
• Comfortable with project management software
• Italian Fluency (non-negotiable - this is a client-facing, on-site leadership role)
• A driver's licence and no issue working outdoors in all weather
