RemotePeople in Piedmont (Turin) is seeking a PV Installation Team Leader to own the full installation process end to end. You will supervise and mentor a small crew, manage schedules, and coordinate subcontractors on site.

You'll lead materials planning, ensure safety protocols, and report on project progress. Italian fluency is essential for client-facing leadership, and you should be comfortable outdoors in all weather.

Competenze

5+ years in PV installation, including supervising a team.
Leadership and communication skills to run a crew and keep clients informed.
Comfortable with project management software.

Mansioni

Supervise and mentor a small team of installers, running team meetings and on-the-job training.
Build and manage the installation schedule, optimising routes and calendars, and communicating timelines to clients.
Coordinate subcontractors and external partners when extra hands are needed on site.
Own materials planning - work with purchasing to keep stock on-site and manage inventory.
Have a backup plan for rain days or staffing gaps.
Oversee installation execution: timelines, budget, troubleshooting, and quality control.
Enforce safety protocols, run safety briefings, and keep project records and reporting.
