Remotepeople is seeking a PV Installation Team Leader to own the full installation process end to end in Piedmont, Italy. You will supervise a small crew of installers, coordinate scheduling, and liaise with clients to keep them informed.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in PV installation with leadership experience, strong communication, and fluency in Italian. You’ll manage safety, budgets, and supplier coordination on-site.

• Strong leadership and client communication skills.
• Italian fluency for on-site client facing role.
• Experience coordinating scheduling, safety, and quality on installations.

Mansioni

• Supervise and mentor a small team of installers and run meetings.
• Build and manage installation schedules, optimise routes and calendars.
• Coordinate subcontractors and external partners as needed on site.
• Oversee materials planning and on-site inventory management.
• Ensure safety protocols, briefings, and on-site records.
