Leap29 is seeking an Execution Project Manager to oversee PV construction projects across Italy from pre-construction to commissioning and handover, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with safety and quality at the forefront.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage schedules and budgets, liaise with authorities and suppliers, and drive risk mitigation to keep projects on track. Fluent in English and Italian, willingness to travel across Italy is required.

Competenze

• Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Proven PM experience in PV plant construction.
• Strong contractor, supplier and site activity management.

Leap 29 are representing a solar PV development platform backed by a top-tier European investor looking for a Execution Project Manager that would oversee PV construction projects across Italy, managing the full lifecycle from pre-construction to commissioning and handover while ensuring timely, on-budget, and high-quality delivery compliant with safety standards.

Core Responsibilities:

• Manage post-authorization PV lifecycle, from engineering and procurement through construction, commissioning, and operations.
• Oversee schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely, cost-effective execution.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams, contractors, and consultants to hit key milestones.
• Monitor permits and engage with authorities and suppliers to secure required approvals.
• Enforce health, safety, environmental, and quality standards across all project phases.
• Source, select, and manage subcontractors and suppliers, supporting contract negotiations.
• Identify risks early and execute mitigation strategies to prevent delay and budget overruns.
• Monitor financial performance and progress, delivering weekly and monthly status updates.

Requirements:
