Job summary

TBEA XI'AN ELECTRIC TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. seeks an technician to guide on-site installation, debug, and grid connection of products during service project acceptance. You will provide remote online support and on-site service when needed, and gather customer feedback on performance.

Travel frequently, work under pressure, and attend customer meetings as required. Strong knowledge of power electronics and MV electrical equipment is essential.

Qualifications

• Major in Electrical, Automation, Mechatronics or related fields.
• PV industry experience and competence with equipment, after-sales service and on-site operations.
• Able to travel frequently and work under pressure.
• Strong problem solving skills; good knowledge of Power Electronics and MV electrical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site installation guidance, debugging and grid connection during acceptance of service project.
• Carry out remote online support and on-site service when necessary.
• Investigate customer satisfaction and collect feedback information on TBEA products.
• Attend meetings with customers when necessary.
