Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site installation guidance, debugging and grid connection of the company's products, and related tests during the acceptance of the service project.
• Carry out romote online support and the on-site service when necessary.
• Investigate customer satisfaction and collect feedback information on the use of TBEA products.
• Attending meetings with customer when necessary.

• Previous experience in PV industry and equipment, electrical expertise, after-sales service, on-site operation and related experience
