Job summary

Photosol Energia Italia is expanding its Construction/EPC team in Italy and seeks a Construction Project Manager Intern (M/F) in Rome. You will support project execution from engineering to grid connection, with exposure to planning, quality, safety and cost issues.

Reporting to the Construction Project Manager – Italy, you will assist in scheduling, coordination with contractors, and tracking progress, while ensuring HSE compliance in a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• Final-year engineering student in energy, electrical, renewable energy, civil engineering or equivalent.
• Italian fluent or native, English professional level.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Construction PM in scheduling and monitoring sites.
• Support permitting, grid connection coordination and documentation.
• Participate in weekly site visits, quality and safety follow-up.
• Contribute to tracking budgets, milestones, and contractor coordination.
• Support continuous improvement and lessons learned from projects.
