Job summary

Photosol Energia Italia is seeking a Construction Project Manager Intern in Rome to support the Construction/EPC team across engineering, permitting and grid-connection activities for ground-mounted photovoltaic plants. You will assist the engineering team with layouts, drawings, technical studies, scheduling, progress tracking and coordination with contractors, the Works Director and DSO/Terna.

This curricular internship lasts 6 months, includes daily lunch vouchers and a monthly allowance, and

Qualifications

• Final-year engineering student: energy, electrical, renewable energy, civil engineering or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems (generation/transmission/distribution).
• Ability to read electrical diagrams (single-line diagrams).
• Solid knowledge of PV power generation.
• Basic knowledge of EPC/construction processes.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint; PVsyst; CAD tools.
• Italian native/fluent; English professional level.

Responsibilities

• Assist with PV plant layout adaptation and executive drawings.
• Support technical studies: geotechnical, topographic surveys, pre-construction surveys.
• Assist with permitting and grid connection coordination with authorities.
• Assist in site scheduling, milestones, and contractor coordination.
• Contribute to quality, safety and environmental follow-up on sites.
• Support budget tracking and progress reporting of projects.
