Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering is required.
• Proven PM track record in PV plant construction.
• Strong expertise in contractor, supplier, and site activity management.
• Highly autonomous and adaptable to lean, dynamic environments.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Willingness to travel across Italy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee PV construction projects across Italy from pre-construction to commissioning and handover.
• Manage schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely, cost-effective execution.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams, contractors, and consultants to hit milestones.
• Monitor permits and engage with authorities and suppliers for approvals.
• Enforce health, safety, environmental, and quality standards across all project phases.
• Source, select, and manage subcontractors and suppliers; support contract negotiations.
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies to prevent delays and overruns.
• Monitor financial performance and provide weekly and monthly status updates.
