Job summary

Vivo Italia Srl is seeking a PR Supervisor for the Marketing Communications Team in Milan. You will lead national PR initiatives, focus on the Tech sector, and strengthen relationships with media, journalists, editors, influencers and event organizers across Italy.

You will proactively identify opportunities, pitch brand moments, manage press previews and coordinate influencers. Strong English and Italian skills, plus travel flexibility, are required.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of PR/Media experience required.
• Fluent Italian; strong English skills to be assessed.

Responsibilities

vivo Italy PR Supervisor – Marketing Communications Team

The Role

This position is based in Milan and will be responsible for vivo’s PR strategy and Social PR management nationally across Italy.

As vivo aims to grow in Italy, the company is looking for a motivated candidate who can help to reinforce a stronger network to create relevant opportunities for the Brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the PR strategy nationally with a strong focus on the Tech world.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media, journalists, editors, creators, Influencers, event organizers and key industry contacts across Italy.
• Proactively identify PR opportunities, collaborations, partnerships, events, and cultural moments for vivo in line with Marketing strategies.
• Generate proactive ideas to keep vivo Italy part of relevant conversations around Tech, Photography, Lifestyle and Fashion.
• Represent vivo Italy externally and act as a key Brand representative when dealing with media, partners, creators and external stakeholders.
• Proactively pitch, products, collaborations and relevant Brand moments to Media.
• Organize press previews, influencer visits, Brand events and other PR activations.
• Coordinate invitations, guest lists and follow-ups for events and launches.
• Manage and coordinate external agencies and partners when required.
• Track PR activity and results, including media coverage, collaborations, events, partnerships and relationship development.

Key Requirements:

• Strong existing network within Italian media, especially the Tech industry
• Excellent relationship-building skills and a natural ability to connect with people
• Extremely proactive and opportunity-driven, constantly looking for new opportunities
• Strong understanding of PR, Events and Partnerships. Marketing Communications and Social Media Management are a strong plus.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects, relationships and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong business mindset and understanding of how PR and partnerships contribute to Brand growth.
• Analytical mindset to manage data (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite)
• Fluent Italian and highly proficient in English (Language proficiency will be assessed during the interview process)
• Strong time-management skills to complete all tasks assigned by the supervisor
• Ability to thrive and working with high performance under pressure
• Flexible and available to travel across Italy when required
• Previous relevant working experience (6-8 years) in PR, Media, or similar is required

Remuneration & compensation Package:

2. Performance Bonus (KPI): Up to 15% variable bonus, tied to the archievement of specific Brand growth, PR, and partnership KPIs.
