Job summary

alpitronic Americas LLC in Bolzano, Italy, seeks a Quality Assurance professional to support planning quality control measures and develop the production management plan in the R&D phase.

You will verify testing parameters, assist in audits, and train the R&D team on quality control methodologies, including 8D, FMEA, PMC, and Lean practices. Proficiency in English and German or Italian is required.

Qualifications

• Technical diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in methodologies and tools used to ensure quality processes (including 8D, approval tools, and statistical process control)
• Proficiency in quality control and improvement procedures (e.g., 5S method, Lean Production system, PDCA cycle)
• Knowledge of FMEA methodology is considered an advantage
• Excellent use of Microsoft Office suite
• Good knowledge of English and German or Italian

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Technical diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, or equivalent
• Several years of professional experience in a similar position, preferably in the automotive industry
• Proficiency in methodologies and tools used to ensure quality processes (including 8D, approval tools, and statistical process control)
• Proficiency in quality control and improvement procedures (e.g., 5S method, Lean Production system, PDCA cycle)
• Knowledge of FMEA methodology is considered an advantage
• Excellent use of Microsoft Office suite
• Good knowledge of English and German or Italian
