Prysmian Group in Milan is seeking a Project Quality Manager to plan and execute quality activities across cables projects, coordinating QA and QC with internal teams and suppliers.

The role requires ISO 9000 knowledge, auditing experience, leadership, and English proficiency; travel ~30%.

Competenze

• Solid experience in Quality Management within complex projects (EPCI preferred).
• Engineering master's degree preferred.
• Proven auditing experience and knowledge of ISO 9000 standards.

Mansioni

• Plan and implement quality activities across projects, monitoring QA/QC.
• Coordinate QA plans, control plans, and procedures to meet contractual requirements.
• Coordinate audits of processes, plants, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and report on quality metrics.
