Stellantis is seeking a Planning Project Specialist within a Vehicle/platform/module project. You will adapt the standard Product Development Process (PDP) to the project, update and classify the macro schedule across three levels, and ensure delivery from first mule cars to series production.

You will verify planning quality with product and process teams, guide preventive or corrective actions, converge prototype budgets at each phase, and create dashboards while applying project management

Competenze

• Graduation in management or engineering disciplines are compatible with the role.
• Advanced English required; additional languages welcome.
• Strong Excel skills and proficiency with MS or Google data tools.
• Significant automotive industry experience is expected.
• Excellent teamwork and strong interpersonal abilities.

In a Vehicle/platform/module Project, The Planning Project Specialist, In Accordance With The Planning Standards Of Project And Under The Project Planning Manager's Operational Authority

• adapts the standard Product Development Process (PDP) to the project, updates, records and classifies the versions of the project's macro schedule (3 levels of timing)
• verifies the quality of the planning within product and process teams and directs them, if needed, to the implementation of preventive or curative plans
• is in charge of the convergence of prototype budgets (Means budget) at each phase of the project and guarantees their respect
• establishes detailed planning of prototype means, updates it and manages their realization until their delivery to the customers, from the first mule cars to series production vehicle.
• creates and coordinates project's dashboards
• applies project management standards and propose her/his experience feedback for continual improvement (Lesson learnt).
