Stellantis in Torino, Italy, seeks an engineer to support Thermal & HVAC vehicle development from early concepts to final validation. The role requires an engineering degree, 3–5 years in automotive development, and strong data analysis with MS Office proficiency.

Familiarity with Team Center, PSI and Codep is a plus as you collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to refine test plans and report findings.

Competenze

• Engineering degree required, preferably in mechanical or automotive engineering.
• Experience in automotive development processes and lifecycle.
• Ability to analyze data and formulate meaningful conclusions and recommendations.
• Experience creating and delivering presentation materials to groups of varying sizes.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience requested, with familiarity of engineering tools.

• Define and manage the virtual and test plan activities during all phases of product development.

• Support the PE in maintaining relationships with Release Engineers.
• Oversee test execution in Climatic Wind Tunnel and on the road.
• Post-process data for discussion and dissemination to vehicle teams (VIR/MCE, etc).
• Benchmark data analysis and data management activities.
• Support new methods and tools under development.

Job Description

The aim of the activity is to support the Thermal & HVAC vehicle development in continuous and collaborative working with all the internal teams (virtual, testing, specialist, PE) from the first stages to the final validation.

Main Activities

• Support in defining the virtual and test plan activities during all phases of product development
• Follow continuously the development, analyzing the CAD data and give the input to the virtual team for simulation execution
• Manage the virtual results to drive the messages inside the internal team and versus the external too
• To be part of the platform meeting in collaboration/agreement with the PE
• Follow the vehicles/prototypes build up to ensure the expected significance of the testing objects
• Drive the vehicle preparation/instrumentation to execute the tests planned
• Support to the PE to keep the relationship with the Release Engineers
• Follow directly all along the test execution in Climatic Wind Tunnel and on the Road
• Post-process the data to be discussed and shared internally and to be exposed to the vehicle team (VIR/MCE etc..)
• Benchmarking data analysis and management
• Support for new methods and tool under development

The perimeter includes all the virtual and test standards/activities for cooling, thermal and Hvac

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering
• Knowledge of the overall program development life cycle
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft computer software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc).
• Ability to create and deliver presentation material to groups of varying sizes.
• Experience analyzing data and formulating meaningful conclusions and recommendations.
• Familiarity with Stellantis Engineering tools such as Team Center, PSI, Codep, etc…
• Experience min. 3 - 5 years

Offer

• Salary range: from 38.000€ to 43.000 €, that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job requirements
• Collective Agreement: In accordance with the provisions of the Specific Collective Labour Agreement (CCSL – CNEL code: CO10), and in particular with regard to the classification within the third professional area.
