Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Proposals Planner in Italy to drive project planning, schedules and KPI analytics. You will create and maintain project timelines, dashboards and data datasets, collaborate with Sales and Commercial teams, and ensure accurate handovers to project execution once contracts are awarded.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and experience in planning, risk management and process improvement, plus strong communication and data visualization skills. Hybrid work model offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience in related field.
• Experience in project planning, risk management and process improvement.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor planning KPIs and analytics to track schedule performance and risks.
• Create and maintain GEA/GEV dashboards and datasets for management decisions.
• Create and manage project schedules aligning customer needs with delivery requirements.
• Collaborate with Sales and Commercial teams to build realistic project timelines.
• Identify risks and delays and help develop solutions to keep projects on track.
• Prepare planning documents for handover to project execution.
• Work with project teams to use data to improve future proposals.
• Follow planning standards and processes to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Develop financial profile of opportunities and support 8Q lookahead for ITO.
