Metlen Energy & Metals seeks a Project Scheduler to join the M Renewables team in Milan, Italy. You will create, maintain and monitor construction schedules, liaise with managers and engineers, and prepare progress reports and forecasts to support decision-making.

The role requires 2+ years in planning within construction, strong IT and MS Project skills, and knowledge of Primavera P6 is a plus. Italian and English language proficiency is expected.

• Knowledge of Primavera P6 is a plus.
• Fluent Italian and English.

Mansioni

• Creating, maintaining and monitoring construction schedules and plans to meet deadlines.
• Liaising with managers and engineers to discuss progress and address issues.
• Producing progress reports and forecasts for teams, clients and stakeholders as directed by Project Manager and Director.
• Identifying shortcomings and advising on action plans for cost reduction.
• Producing tender plans to support bids.

We're currently looking for aProject Schedulerto join our M Renewables team in Italy in ourMilanoffices.

Your role will encompass:

• Creating, maintaining and monitoring construction schedules and plans to ensure that deadlines are met
• Liasing with managers and engineers to discuss the progress of the project and address any issues that arise
• Producing progress reports and forecasts for teams members, client and stakholders as directored by Project Manager and Director
• Identifying shortcomings and advise on action plans on cost reduction efforts
• Producing tender plans to support bids
• Activities related to planning, reporting and monitoring according to execution and development pipeline

What you bring to the role:

• 2+ previous working experience as plannerwithin the construction industry
• High attention to details
• Excellent IT skills and relevant knowledge of MS Project
