Overview

Your Role And Responsibilities

As SAP Project & Service Manager, you will be responsible for the governance, coordination, and continuous improvement of SAP services and projects across the organization. Your role will include both service management—ensuring high-quality, efficient, and cost-effective AMS (Application Maintenance Services)—and project management, overseeing the delivery of SAP-related initiatives within scope, time, and budget. You will work closely with business stakeholders, IT leadership, external providers, and cross-functional teams to guarantee stable operations while driving innovation and process optimization.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise
  • Ensure compliance with contractual SLA and KPI, managing client requests with efficiency and transparency.
  • Coordinate and oversee external AMS providers, ensuring alignment with business and IT requirements.
  • Define operational plans and monitoring processes for the SAP ticketing system, assigning priorities and resources effectively.
  • Handle service escalations and critical situations, implementing preventive and corrective actions to minimize risks.
  • Produce and present regular service performance reports, monitor customer satisfaction, and propose improvements for continuous service enhancement.
  • Lead project planning meetings with management, key users, and project team members.
  • Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with defined objectives.
  • Track project progress, identify potential issues, and escalate risks to the relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with business units, IT teams, vendors, and partners to streamline processes and optimize project execution.
  • Manage internal and external teams, fostering collaboration and maximizing performance while mitigating risks.
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

Advanced proficiency in English (spoken and written) for effective communication in international contexts.

Familiarity with ITIL best practices for Service Management.

Experience with widely used Project Management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, monday.com, Wrike, or Microsoft Project.

Certification in Project Management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile / Scrum).

Previous experience in multinational environments or complex organizational structures.
