Johnson Controls is seeking a Project Manager Controls in Italy to manage installation projects end-to-end, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget. You will lead project plans, coordinate milestones with the customer, and drive cost efficiencies to maximize profitability.

The role requires a degree in engineering, 3+ years of PM experience, fluent English, and willingness to travel within Italy and internationally.

Competenze

• University degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years’ Project Management experience.
• Fluent English written and spoken.
• Ability to a flexible work and to adapt to changing work schedules.
• Availability to frequent travels in Italy and abroad on board.
• Familiarity with IT tools, IT applications, networks including switch configuration.
• Problem solving skills.

Mansioni

• Overall responsibility for completing assigned installation projects ensuring on time delivery of projects, within scope with zero or positive deviation.
• Lead creation and maintenance of the project plan. Coordinate major milestones and resolve schedule issues with the customer’s project management.
• Manage project budgets, seeking solutions to improve profit.
• Control costs and maximize productivity through effective tools, processes and products.
• Define project schedules in accordance with customer requirements and internal resources availability.
• Make decisions under pressure and understand customer requirements.
• Build positive work environment with colleagues and maintain customer relationships.
• Follow all company procedures and cooperate with other teams.
