This is a part-time (50% commitment) role ideal for an autonomous professional who thrives in structured environments, manages multi-functional teams, and drives project growth. Remote work is available with a 6-month engagement.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in project/delivery management within structured contexts (banking/IT background preferred).
• Technical background or degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Management Engineering.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiar with PPM tools (MS Project, Planview).
• Excellent spoken and written English (C1 level or higher).

Responsibilities

• Governance & Delivery: Oversee project delivery and manage resources to meet turnover and margin targets.
• Client Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen day-to-day client relationships.
• Team Leadership & Well-being: Align, motivate, and support the project team.
• Business Development & Opportunities: Identify and coordinate new proposals with Sales.
• Resource Optimization: Allocate resources efficiently with HR and Planning teams.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Delivery Manager to manage delivery governance, project profitability, and client relations for key structured accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Governance & Delivery: Oversee project delivery through effective resource management to achieve assigned turnover and margin targets.
• Client Relationship Management: Manage and strengthen day-to-day relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Team Leadership & Well-being: Ensure team alignment, motivation, and well-being within a collaborative environment.
• Business Development & Opportunities: Identify, promote, and coordinate the launch of new project proposals, services, and products in collaboration with the Sales Department.
• Resource Optimization: Optimize resource allocation across projects working closely with HR and Planning teams.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3–5+ years of experience in project/delivery management within structured contexts (preferably in banking/IT), overseeing complex software development projects.
• Education: Technical background or Degree in scientific disciplines (Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Management Engineering preferred).
• Tools & Software: Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with PPM tools (e.g., MS Project, Planview).
• Languages: Excellent spoken and written English (C1 level or higher).
• Soft Skills: Outstanding organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, combined with a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving capability.
