Job summary

Radiall is seeking a qualified Project Manager to lead and coordinate technical projects in our Italy operations. You will drive scope definition, planning, and milestone delivery, coordinating resources and cross-functional teams across multiple sites.

Fluency in English and Italian, a Master’s in Engineering, and at least three years of relevant experience are required, with a focus on delivering high quality results and meeting cost and schedule objectives.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering (required).
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Technical Project Management and relevant certification.
• Proficiency in English; Italian mother tongue is preferred.

Vos missions

REALIZE YOUR TALENT

Within the framework of the project, initiate, define, plan, organize, ensure the implementation and control of the activities necessary to respond to a request expressed by an internal or external customer (sponsor), within the framework of defined means. Coordinate and monitor the implementation of the team's actions until their conclusion.

• Lead resources &/or a project team
• Identify risks and propose a risk response plan; from passive acceptance to the implementation of a preventive action plan
• Initiate the project: analyze the project request, identify stakeholders, identify needs, define the scope and milestones. Define the need and the scope or framework of the project (project charter) and have it validated.
• Master and control the project, communicate on its progress, interact with stakeholders
• Deal with the legal or contractual elements or aspects of the project
• Plan the project iteratively: divide the project into work packages, define tasks, estimate workload and costs, size resources (human and material). Identify risks
• Lead and manage work packages (set of activities aimed at achieving deliverables), manage risks to achieve QCD objectives (Quality, Costs, Deadlines)
• Ensure the capitalization of good practices, the transmission of experience throughout the project and then close the stage or project
• Is responsible for achieving project objectives (a project being defined by actions aimed at achieving a single, time-bound goal)

Le profil recherché

• Master Degree in Engineering;

• 3 years of relevant experience;

• experience in Technical Project Management/relevant cerification;

• Proficiency in English, Italian mothertongue;
