Responsibilities

• Define, plan, organize, ensure implementation and control of activities to respond to a customer request.
• Coordinate and monitor the team's actions until their conclusion.
• Identify risks and propose a risk response plan; from passive acceptance to preventive action.
• Initiate the project: analyze request, identify stakeholders, define scope and milestones, and draft the project charter.
• Master and control the project, communicate progress, interact with stakeholders.
• Plan the project iteratively: divide into work packages, define tasks, estimate workload and costs, size resources.
• Lead and manage work packages and risks to achieve QCD objectives.
• Capitalize best practices and transmit experience; close the stage or project.
