Job summary

Idrostudi S.r.l. is seeking a Junior Project Manager to join its Research & Development team in Trieste. The role supports the Head of R&D in coordinating national and European projects, with a clear path toward increasing autonomy in project management.

You will participate in planning, monitoring timelines and resources, and coordinating internal and external working groups. A permanent contract and growth path are offered.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Management, Environmental, or Civil Engineering.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in Project Management or similar roles.
• Knowledge of the main Project Management methodologies and tools.
• Good command of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
• Excellent knowledge of English (minimum level C1).
• Knowledge of a second foreign language is a plus.
• Knowledge of Python is considered an asset.
• Familiarity with Trello and Jira is appreciated.

To strengthen our Research & Development area, we are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join the R&D team. The selected candidate will work closely with the Head of Research & Development, supporting her in coordinating and managing innovative national and European projects. A professional growth path is envisaged, aimed at graduallyacquiring autonomy in managing projects and assignments.

Salary starting from Level III of the Commerce Collective Agreement (CCNL), with a gross annual salary between €27,800 and €30,000, depending on experience, skills, and level of autonomy;
