TTTech Industrial Automation AG in Italy seeks a Software Project Manager – Mobile Machinery to lead embedded software projects for safety-critical vehicles, from definition to deployment, ensuring compliance with high safety and quality standards.

You will bring an embedded software background, an agile mindset, and strong communication to steer teams, coordinate with partners and customers, and drive on-time delivery for fire fighting vehicles, lifting platforms, and harvesters.

Competenze

• Technical education in computer science or electronics.
• Experience in Automotive/Off-Highway environment and functional safety is beneficial.
• Strong understanding of agile/scrum principles, values and processes.
• Communicative personality, goal-oriented and structured working style.
• Very good command of English; good command of German.

Software Project Manager – Mobile Machinery (m/f/d)

You have an (embedded) software development background and are passionate to take on the responsibility of leading, directing, and motivating project teams? As a project manager, you are responsible for planning and controlling application development on our embedded products. You are involved in the entire project cycle, from project definition to implementation. Our software is used in safety-relevant applications for special vehicles and meet the highest safety and quality standards.

Your Tasks

• Lead (agile) software development projects for e.g. fire fighting vehicles, lifting platforms or combine harvesters
• Manage project operations, coordinating with team members, development partners and suppliers
• Project planning and control in accordance with our processes, including ongoing project reporting
• Proactive risk management in project planning and implementation
• Face to the customer in the project implementation phase
• Steering technical discussions and making decisions

Your Profile

• Technical education (in the field of computer science or electronics)
• Experience in the Automotive or Off-Highway environment as well as in functional safety area would be beneficial
• Good understanding of agile/scrum principles, values, and processes
• Communicative personality, goal-oriented and structured way of working
• Very good command of English, good command of German

We offer a transparent and competitive salary package based on objective, gender-neutral criteria such as qualifications, professional experience, and responsibilities in this role. The starting annual gross salary for this position is € 60,000. Actual compensation may be significantly higher depending on the candidate's qualifications and relevant professional experience.
