REDEN, an international renewable energy company with local roots in Rome, is seeking a Project Manager for BESS and PV to develop photovoltaic and energy storage projects and to manage permitting, coordinating plant and grid-connection authorizations.
You will work with grid operators, landowners, and construction managers to move projects from ready-to-build to operation, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver clear executive reports.

You hold a Master’s degree in energy/electrical Engineering and you have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in developing renewable energy projects and at least 2 years specifically in BESS project development in Italy.
A significant experience in project co-development, energy management or BESS revenue streams would be appreciated.
You are highly skilled with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint), and have experience with software like Google Earth, QGIS, or equivalent GIS software.
You are fluent in both Italian and English.

In accordance with applicable pay transparency regulations, the position offers an annual gross salary ranging from €50,000 to €70,000, depending on the selected candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications.
