Fraser Yachts Group is seeking a Project Manager in Viareggio, Italy to oversee refits and new builds. You will act as the owner's technical expert, ensuring contract compliance, progress tracking, and high-quality delivery on board.

The role requires leadership across the project team, strong knowledge of yacht systems, and the ability to coordinate with shipyards, designers, and regulators. International travel is expected.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in yachting or maritime sectors.
• Strong knowledge of superyacht construction and engineering systems.
• Degree in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, or related field is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team in Viareggio, Italy.

Position Overview

The project manager oversees refits and new build projects and is acting as the owner's technical expert and representative. He/she will provide the owner with technical advice, assist in the negotiation and provide with regular feedback to the owner and FY technical manager. The Project Manager ensures compliance of the project with all the elements of the contract, technical specifications, progress, and the quality control of the works on board.

• Proven experience in project management within the yachting or maritime sector (minimum 5 years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of superyacht construction, engineering systems, and regulatory compliance.
• Degree in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, or a related field is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
