Fraser Yachts Group is seeking a Project Manager in Viareggio, Italy to oversee refits and new builds. You will act as the owner's technical expert, ensuring contract compliance, progress tracking, and high-quality delivery on board.

The role requires leadership across the project team, strong knowledge of yacht systems, and the ability to coordinate with shipyards, designers, and regulators. International travel is expected.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in yachting or maritime sectors.
• Strong knowledge of superyacht construction and engineering systems.
• Degree in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, or related field is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Mansioni

• Act as the owner's representative for new build or refit projects, liaising with shipyards, designers, contractors, and classification societies.
• Monitor progress and ensure compliance with contractual specifications, industry regulations, and quality standards.
• Oversee and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project alignment.
• Drive the project management team for the project : interior project manager, project engineer, project surveyor, consultant and experts.
• Regularly report to clients on project status, risks, and milestones.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and quality control assessments.
• Manage changes in project scope, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Attend FAT, HAT, SAT, lead delivery procedures, and final acceptance processes.
