FRASER in Viareggio, Italy, seeks a Project Manager to lead refits and new build projects as the owner's technical expert. You will coordinate shipyards, designers, and stakeholders, monitor budgets and timelines, ensure contract compliance, and report progress to the owner and Fraser's technical team.

The role requires strong naval/marine engineering knowledge, travel willingness, and excellent communication to manage multiple projects in a luxury yacht environment.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in yachting or maritime sectors.
• Strong knowledge of superyacht construction and engineering systems.
• Degree in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, or related field is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.

Mansioni

• Act as the owner's representative for new build or refit projects.
• Monitor progress and ensure compliance with specs and quality standards.
• Coordinate with shipyards, designers, contractors, and classification societies.
• Oversee detailed project plans, timelines and budgets.
• Report to clients on status, risks and milestones.
• Conduct site visits, inspections and quality control assessments.
• Lead delivery procedures and final acceptance processes.
