AngelStar in Italy, Puglia, is seeking a project management professional on a stage contract to achieve defined project objectives while ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities include bidding evaluation, delivery of project scope, financials, and KPIs, client relationship management, change orders, claims, staffing, and performance reviews. Requires engineering degree and English proficiency.

Competenze

• Degree in Engineering (Management Engineering or similar).
• Knowledge of Project Management methodologies.
• Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of MS Office tools.
• Knowledge of Primavera, MS Project, or similar tools.

Mansioni

• Bidding: provide evaluation of hours and costs with risk assessment.
• Delivery: ensure project outcomes per contract scope, schedule, quality, and processes.
• Economics/Financials/KPIs: monitor and achieve costs, revenues, margin and cash.
• Economics/Financials/KPIs: monitor and achieve project KPIs.
• Contract Management: manage client relationship.
• Contract Management: promote opportunities and manage Change Orders.
• Contract Management: manage claims.
• Team Management: execute staffing for the project team.
• Team Management: evaluate performances of project team members.

Position Mission

Achieve defined objectives for the assigned project within established terms and conditions, while enforcing company policies and procedural requirements.

Responsibilities

• Bidding: Provide the evaluation of hours and other costs related to the Project Management execution activities together with an evaluation of related risks
• Delivery: Ensure the accomplishment of the outcomes of the project in accordance with the contractual scope of work, the schedule, the quality requirements and Company processes
• Economics/Financials/KPIs: Monitor, report and achieve the targets of the assigned project in terms of Costs, Revenues, Margin and Cash in
• Economics/Financials/KPIs: Monitor, report and achieve the project KPIs
• Contract Management: Manage the Client relationship
• Contract Management: Promote business opportunities and manage of the Change Orders
• Contract Management: Manage the Claims
• Team Management: Execute the staffing process of the project team
• Team Management: Evaluate the performances on project team members

Technical Skills and Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering (Management Engineering or similar)
• Knowledge of Project Management methodologies
• Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English
• Knowledge of MS Office tools
• Knowledge of Primavera, MS Project, or similar tools
