Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Project Manager to lead customer projects in Isola Vicentina, coordinating schedule, cost, quality and overall performance from kickoff through completion.

You will act as the primary interface with customers for contract management, monitor progress, ensure deadlines, and coordinate documentation with the project team. Travel within Italy and internationally may be required.

Competenze

• 4-5 years of experience in project management or similar role.
• Bachelor's Degree in Management Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent (preferred).
• Experience in industrial environments and managing project-based businesses is advantageous.
• Proven experience in project management and coordinating cross-functional teams.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will join the Project Management team and report directly to the Project Management Team Leader.

He/She will be responsible for managing customer projects in terms of schedule, cost, quality, and overall performance, ensuring effective coordination of all activities from project kick-off through completion.

The role will serve as the primary interface with customers for contract management, monitoring project progress, ensuring compliance with deadlines, coordinating technical documentation through the project team, overseeing intermediate and final inspections, and ensuring the successful execution of all project activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle, from order acquisition to project closure.
• Monitor project schedules, costs, quality, and overall progress.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and project stakeholders involved in project execution.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and customer expectations.
• Organize and participate in progress review meetings with customers and stakeholders.
• Oversee technical and project documentation through the project team.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively.
• Support the continuous improvement of Project Management processes.

Qualifications

• 4- 5 years of experience is preferred
• Bachelor's Degree in Management Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent disciplines (preferred but not essential).
• Previous experience in industrial environments and in the management of project-based businesses is considered an advantage.
• Proven experience in project management.
• Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Team-oriented mindset with a strong focus on achieving objectives.
• Willingness to travel within Italy and internationally.
