Jobtailor seeks a Project Manager to oversee manufacturing projects from initiation to delivery in Lombardy, Italy. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage schedules, and control resources to meet client requirements and deadlines.

The role emphasizes strong planning, stakeholder communication, and ERP understanding, with opportunities to drive process improvements and ensure project success in a structured manufacturing environment.

Competenze

• Degree in Engineering and/or Business Management.
• 2–3 years of experience in structured manufacturing companies.
• PMI / IPMA certification is a plus.
• Strong planning, organizing, and priority setting skills.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for handling company's ongoing projects
• Work closely with project team members to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track
• Develop a Project Execution Strategy, ensuring resource availability and allocation
• Develop a detailed overall project schedule (plan), updating it to reflect progress
• Use appropriate metrics (including financial) to track project performances
• Coordinate all activities for the allocated scope including engineering, procurement and logistics
• Manage claims and change orders to/from customers and sub-suppliers during project execution
• Manage the relationship / communication with the client and all stakeholders
• Management of risks and opportunities by implementing appropriate action plans
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation according to the company procedure & processes
• Report and elevate to management as needed

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering and/or Business Management or High school graduation
• At least 2/3 years of experience in structured manufacturing companies
• Strong planning, organizing, and priority setting skills
• Strong in building relationships with clients, suppliers and contractors
• Ability to relate to client's management, senior & top management and staff
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Ability to understand ERP implementation
• Proven working experience as a project manager in the industrial sector
• Project Management Certification (PMI / IPMA) is a plus.
