Saipem cerca un Project Management Engineer per supportare l’Head of Onshore Project Management nel linee Energy Carriers. Ruolo in contesto EPC con progetti Oil & Gas, con responsabilità di pianificazione, gestione interfacce e fornitori.

Si richiede laurea in ingegneria, esperienza 3–7 anni, e inglese B2/C1. Contratto a tempo indeterminato, modello ibrido, sede Milano Santa Giulia, benefici aziendali inclusi.

Competenze

• 3-7 anni di esperienza in progetti EPC Oil & Gas.
• La certificazione professionale è un plus (PMP/CIOB).
• Buona conoscenza dell’inglese (B2/C1).

Mansioni

• Coordina la preparazione dei report per attività di esecuzione del progetto secondo esigenze PM.
• Assistente nella pianificazione di progetto, PEP e procedure.
• Supporta l’allocazione risorse e la stima delle ore uomo per PMP.
• Prepara le Procedure di gestione delle interfacce esterne e gestisce le interfacce del progetto.
• Prepara la procedura di supporto sul posto per i fornitori e la gestione del relativo supporto.
• Supporta il monitoraggio di forniture critiche per rispettare milestone e risolvere questioni tecniche/contrattuali.

Purpose of the position: As Project Management Engineer you will respond to the Head of Onshore Project Management department and be part of the Energy Carriers Business Line. How can you support us? Here below your responsibilities:

• Coordinates the preparation of reporting for specific activities of the project execution as defined, case by case, by the PM
• Assists the Project Manager during project planning, e.g. preparation of the Project Execution Plan (PEP) and other project procedures and plans
• Assists in the allocation resources and in the assessment of the man-hours required in order to prepare/update the Project Mobilization Plan (PMP)
• Prepares the Project External Interfaces Management Procedure and identifies, categorizes and manages the Project External Interfaces
• Prepares the Vendor Assistance on Site Procedure, manages the Project Vendor Assistance on site
• Prepares the Project Guarantee Claims Management Procedure with Vendors and – during the guarantee period - ensure the fulfilment of the guarantee requirements by Vendor.
• Supports the continuous monitoring of specific critical supplies contributing to the achievement of expected milestones and the resolution of technical and contractual issues

What are we looking for?

Education:

• Degree in Engineering Science
• Professional qualification/Chartership is a plus, such as PMP, CIOB etc. certification.

Experience:

3-7 years of experience in EPC Oil & Gas projects

Languages:

English B2/C1

Technical/IT Knowledge:

• Experience in large scale projects; Experience with Majors Clients; Exposure to different roles within the oil and gas/new energies/floaters projects in fields as design management, planning, contract management, and/ or cost management;
• Record of working within global large teams in multi-disciplinary projects is highly preferred; Demonstrable experience in project management activities, tools and techniques
