METLEN Energy & Metals is seeking a Project Financial Controller to join the finance team in Milan, Italy. You will oversee the financial management of key projects and act as the finance representative on project teams.

The role requires a university degree in Finance or Accounting, 3+ years in financial management (preferably in construction/EPC projects), IFRS knowledge, and MS Office proficiency (SAP a plus). Excellent English communication is essential.

Competenze

• We require university degree in Finance or Accounting with emphasis on financial management.
• 3+ years of financial management experience, preferably in construction/EPC projects.
• Strong IFRS knowledge and ability to apply it to long‑term projects.
• Proficiency with MS Office; SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Mansioni

• Act as the finance representative on project teams and collaborate with Project Managers.
• Monitor project budgets, track financial performance, and provide variance analysis.
• Manage project cash flow, forecast accurately, and ensure timely vendor payments.
• Prepare and submit financial reports, dashboards, and progress updates.
• Support the Country Finance Manager with reporting and insights.
