METLEN Energy & Metals cerca un Project Financial Controller da inserire nel team Finance a Milano. Il ruolo supervisionerà la gestione finanziaria di progetti chiave, collaborando con Project Managers per assicurare controllo di budget e previsioni accurate.

Si richiede laurea in finanza/contabilità, almeno 3 anni di esperienza nel settore EPC, conoscenza IFRS e buone capacità in inglese. Offriamo un pacchetto retributivo competitivo e benefici aziendali.

Competenze

• Laurea in finanza o contabilità (laurea magistrale preferita).
• Almeno 3 anni di esperienza in gestione finanziaria, preferibilmente in cantieri/EPC.
• Conoscenza IFRS e contabilità per progetti a lungo termine.
• Ottima conoscenza MS Office; SAP è un plus.
• Ottime capacità di comunicazione in inglese.
• Analisi, problem solving e attenzione ai dettagli.

Mansioni

• Gestire la finanza di progetti chiave e fungere da referente finanziario del team di progetto.
• Monitorare budget, performance finanziaria e fornire analisi di varianza.
• Gestire cash flow di progetto, previsioni accurate e pagamenti ai fornitori.
• Preparare report finanziari, dashboard e aggiornamenti di avanzamento.
• Supportare il Country Finance Manager con reporting e insights.

By joining this role, you will oversee the financial management of key projects.

Your role will encompass:

• Acting as the finance representative on project teams, working closely with Project Managers.
• Monitoring project budgets, tracking financial performance, and providing variance analysis.
• Managing project cash flow, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely vendor payments.
• Preparing and submitting financial reports, dashboards, and progress updates.
• Supporting the Country Finance Manager with reporting and financial insights.

What you bring to the role:

• University degree in Finance or Accounting (Master's degree is a plus).
• 3+ years of experience in financial management, preferably in construction/EPC projects.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS reporting and accounting for long-term projects.
• Proficiency in MS Office (SAP knowledge is an asset).
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
