Mytilineos cerca un Project Financial Controller da inserire nel team di Milano. Ruolo chiave per gestire la finanza di progetti, collaborando con project manager e team di controllo di gestione per assicurare conformità IFRS e corretto flusso di cassa.

La posizione richiede laurea in finanza o contabilità, almeno 3 anni di esperienza in contesto EPC, eccellenti capacità analitiche e fluente inglese. Offerta con Pacchetto retributivo competitivo e piano sanitario di gruppo.

Competenze

• Laurea in Finanza o Contabilità (La laurea magistrale è un plus).
• Almeno 3 anni di esperienza nella gestione finanziaria, preferibilmente in progetti di costruzione/EPC.
• Conoscenza IFRS per la rendicontazione di progetti a lungo termine.
• Buone capacità di Excel e di gestione dati; SAP è un assets.
• Ottime capacità di comunicazione in inglese (scritto e parlato).
• Competenze analitiche, problem solving e organizzazione, attenzione al dettaglio.

Mansioni

• Rappresentare la funzione finanza nei team di progetto, collaborando con i Project Manager.
• Monitorare budget, tracciare prestazioni finanziarie e fornire analisi di varianza.
• Gestire flusso di cassa del progetto, prevedere e pagare fornitori in modo tempestivo.
• Preparare e inviare report finanziari, dashboard e aggiornamenti di avanzamento.
• Supportare il Country Finance Manager con reportistica e insight finanziari.

We are currently looking for a Project Financial Controller to join our finance team in Milan, Italy. By joining this role, you will oversee the financial management of key projects. Your role will encompass:

• Acting as the finance representative on project teams, working closely with Project Managers.
• Monitoring project budgets, tracking financial performance, and providing variance analysis.
• Managing project cash flow, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely vendor payments.
• Preparing and submitting financial reports, dashboards, and progress updates.
• Supporting the Country Finance Manager with reporting and financial insights.

What you bring to the role

• University degree in Finance or Accounting (Master's degree is a plus).
• 3+ years of experience in financial management, preferably in construction/EPC projects.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS reporting and accounting for long-term projects.
• Proficiency in MS Office (SAP knowledge is an asset).
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
