METLEN Energy & Metals in Milan, Italy, is seeking a Project Financial Controller to oversee the financial management of key projects. The role requires a university degree in Finance or Accounting with 5+ years of financial management experience, preferably in construction/EPC projects.

Competenze

University degree in Finance or Accounting (Master’s degree a plus).
5+ years in financial management, preferably in construction/EPC projects.
Strong IFRS knowledge for long-term project accounting.
Proficient in MS Office; SAP knowledge is an asset.
Excellent English communication (written and spoken).
Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.

Mansioni

Act as the finance representative on project teams and collaborate with Project Managers.
Monitor project budgets, track financial performance, and provide variance analysis.
Manage project cash flow, forecast accurately and ensure timely vendor payments.
Prepare and submit financial reports, dashboards and progress updates.
Support the Country Finance Manager with reporting and financial insights.
