Zeeco Vapor Control division seeks a Project Engineer to manage oil & gas equipment projects from Italy, coordinating drafting, procurement, manufacturing and customer communications. You will ensure on-time delivery, maintain budget, and validate scope with customers and vendors.

Based at the Italian HQ in Cinisello Balsamo and serving the Varese/Lombardia region, the role involves cross‑functional collaboration, site or shop support, and bid evaluations for continuous emissions reductions.

Competenze

• B.S. or Master in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, etc.)
• 2–5 years of experience as a Project Engineer in oil&gas
• Fluency in Italian and English (speaking, reading, writing)
• Strong business acumen and commercial decision making

Mansioni

• Review Purchase Orders and confirm supply scope per customer specs and quotes
• Confirm equipment selection and coordinate required disciplines
• Direct drafting activities to ensure timely delivery of drawings and handle customer mark-ups
• Ensure costs stay within budget and manage changes with customers and suppliers
• Coordinate Quality Control with respect to job specs
• Manage technical and commercial correspondence with customers, end users, reps, and consultants
• Communicate scope changes and obtain commercial approvals with customers
• Coordinate billing notices with Accounting
• Support site or shop visits and design activities; assist sales and applications engineering

In this role you will manage projects for Zeeco's Vapor Control division, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery of high-quality equipment. You will work with cross-functional teams across drafting, procurement, manufacturing, and customer communications to meet specifications and commercial expectations. You'll oversee scope review, design validation, and change management while coordinating with customers and vendors. This position offers growth in a dynamic, international environment and a clear impact on emissions reduction and process efficiency. You will operate from the Italian HQ in Cinisello Balsamo and collaborate closely with sales, application engineering, and QA teams.
