Zeeco in Italy (Milano area) seeks a Jr. Project Engineer to support design, procurement, scheduling and customer communications for combustion and environmental solutions. You will coordinate drafting, review PO scope, monitor budgets and ensure on-time delivery within quality standards.

The role requires an engineering degree, fluency in Italian and English, and a solutions-driven mindset. This is a on-site position at our Italian HQ in Cinisello Balsamo, MI with growth opportunities.

Competenze

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, etc.).
Engineering background with business acumen and commercial decision making to succeed in the role.
Results-driven with commitment to perform.
Passion for Engineering and Business.
Fluent in Italian and English: speaking, reading, writing.

Mansioni

Handle all aspects of assigned jobs to ensure high-quality products are delivered on time and within budget.
Coordinate with internal and external disciplines to develop and maintain procurement and manufacturing schedules and manage bid evaluations.
Review Purchase Orders to confirm scope based on customer specs and quotes.
Confirm equipment selection and design and coordinate relevant disciplines.
Coordinate drafting activities to ensure timely drawings; review customer comments and issue dispositions.
Ensure costs stay within budget and manage changes with customers and suppliers.
Coordinate Quality Control for customer/job specifications and related communications.
Manage technical and commercial correspondence with customers, end users, sales reps and consultants.
Notify Accounting when billings are to be sent.
