Alfa Laval cerca un Project Engineer per Suisio, Italia. Sarai responsabile del coordinamento tecnico su progetti, sviluppo di scambiatori di calore e componenti accessori, nonché proposte tecnico-economiche.

Lavora in un team dinamico nel contesto di un grande gruppo internazionale. Il ruolo prevede pianificazione, gestione delle deliverables, verifiche tecniche e preparazione documentazione per standard ASME/PED, con attenzione a tempi e qualità.

Competenze

• Laurea in ingegneria meccanica o esperienza equivalente.
• Almeno 5 anni di esperienza nel design meccanico di scambiatori di calore.
• Conoscenze di base di tecniche di project management.
• Esperienza con CAD 2D e 3D (preferibilmente Autocad, Inventor).
• Esperienza con moduli di calcolo agli elementi finiti (preferito).

Mansioni

• Pianificazione ed forecasting delle attività di progetto.
• Coordinamento e verifica delle deliverables ingegneristici.
• Report continuo sullo stato del progetto e modifiche all'ordine.
• Valutazione dei requisiti contrattuali e specifiche prodotto.
• Dimensionamento componenti e sistema dell'impianto.
• Stesura della documentazione di progetto e disegni esecutivi.

Description

Responsible for coordinating all technical activities on assigned projects. Plans, schedules, conducts, and coordinates engineering work for the assigned project; ensures compliance with current regulations, practices, and accepted engineering standards; ensures effective communication and coordination among all disciplines and other project participants.

Carrying out design activities, development of heat exchangers and/or accessories based on contract requirements and product specifications. Performs feasibility studies with technical proposals, analysis, design, prototyping. Contributes to the improvement of team and company processes.

Main Activities

• Planning and forecasting engineering project activities
• Coordination and verification of engineering deliverables
• Continuous reporting on project status and order changes
• Evaluation of contract requirements (as relevant)
• Evaluation of product specifications
• Transforming requirements into project outputs (calculations, dimensions, tolerances, material selection)
• Interpretation and commentary of construction drawings
• Sizing of plant components and the overall system
• Drafting final and executive project documentation
• Execution of study drawings and construction details
• Drafting material purchase specifications, calculations, and IOM manuals
• Managing deadlines for project document submissions
• Approval of RDA
• Technical meetings with clients and suppliers of critical materials
• Preparation of documentation for ASME/PED

Required Skills

• Degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent experience
• At least 5 years of experience in mechanical design of heat exchangers
• Basic knowledge of project management techniques
• Experience with 2D and 3D CAD software (preferably Autocad, Inventor)
• Experience with finite element calculation modules (preferred)
