Reid Brewin Architects in Milan invites an experienced Project Architect to lead multidisciplinary teams on major data centre projects across Europe, from concept through construction. The role emphasizes design excellence, BIM implementation, and client coordination.

The position requires a Master’s degree, 7+ years of experience, strong Revit/AutoCAD skills, and fluency in Italian and English. You will contribute to expanding RBA’s footprint in Italy and beyond, with opportunities for growth.

• Proficiency in Revit and BIM methodology.
• In-depth knowledge of Italian building regulations and permitting.

Exciting Opportunity for a Project Coordinator at Reid Brewin Architects (Italy)

Founded in 2006 in Paris, Reid Brewin Architects (RBA) has developed into a dynamic international practice, now home to more than 200 team members across our studios in London, Paris, Milan, Madrid, Barcelona and Frankfurt. We specialise in high-specification, large-scale projects – particularly in data centres, commercial offices, and luxury retail. Known for our technical excellence and design-led approach, we offer a vibrant, multicultural environment where ambitious architects can thrive.

To support our continued growth, RBA Italy is seeking a Project Architect to join our Milan team and work on major data centre projects across Europe, supporting projects in France, the UK, Italy and other international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Overall supervision and coordination of a multidisciplinary team (Architectural, Structural, MEP, Civil)
• Nurturing and developing professional relationships with clients
• Preparing technical and economic proposals for private tenders
• Monitoring public tenders and managing potential participation processes
• Participating in all project phases, overseeing technical, legal, economic, and financial aspects
• Active involvement in administrative and permitting procedures
• Producing necessary documentation (drawings, reports, specifications, and various forms) across all project stages, from concept to detailed construction design
• Actively contributing to internal planning and the strategic development of RBA within both the Italian and international markets

Candidate Profile

• Master's degree in Architecture, Building Engineering, or an equivalent qualification
• Minimum of 7 years of post-graduate professional experience
• Strong design, communication, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Revit and BIM methodology
• In-depth knowledge of Italian building regulations and permitting procedure
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Strong motivation, personal commitment, and outstanding interpersonal skills with a proven track record of managing client relations
• Full professional proficiency in both Italian and English (additional European languages are an advantage)
• Experience working on large-scale projects
• Experience with data centers or high-tech/commercial projects
• Knowledge of French and/or Spanish
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
