This role requires strong Revit skills, a solid understanding of Italian building regulations, and the ability to manage technical designs and coordinate consultants. Candidates should be a Registered Architect or Architect / Engineer with over 5 years of experience in the detailed design phase. The firm values international experience as well.

Competenze

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee one or two large, large-scale projects, managing the technical design
• An ability to manage the design and coordination of consultants
• Technical ability to design components of a building (e.g., facades)
• An ability to review detailed construction drawings and mark them up with comments

Requirements

• Registered Architect or Architect / Engineer
• PIVA
• Strong Revit skills and a solid understanding of Italian building regulations
• Experience of more than 5 years of the detailed design phase of the project
• International experience would be also of value
