Adecco Consultant Milano is partnering with an international architecture and technical design firm to recruit 2 Technical Architects / Architectural Technologists for its Milan office.

The role focuses on translating design concepts into buildable, compliant architectural solutions, with collaboration across international teams and disciplines, including BIM workflows and regulatory checks, in a dynamic Milan setting.

Competenze

• Degree in Architecture or Building Engineering or equivalent background.
• Experience in technical architectural design roles such as Technical Architect, Architectural Technologist, BIM Architect or Architectural Designer.
• Strong proficiency in Revit and good knowledge of AutoCAD and BIM tools.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Ability to work in international, technical and multidisciplinary environments.

Mansioni

• Producing architectural technical drawings, construction details, specifications and schedules.
• Developing and managing project documentation using Revit.
• Working with BIM tools and platforms such as BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Reviewing and improving the buildability of design solutions.
• Coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, external consultants and project managers.

Adecco Consultant Milano is partnering with an international architecture and technical design firm to recruit 2 Technical Architects / Architectural Technologists for its Milan office.

The company works on complex, multidisciplinary projects in Italy and internationally, with a strong focus on highly technical buildings such as data centres, laboratories, manufacturing facilities, logistics hubs, industrial buildings, life sciences projects and corporate spaces.

This role is designed for professionals with a strong technical mindset, able to translate design concepts into buildable, compliant and well-coordinated architectural solutions.

The role

The selected candidate will be involved in the technical development of architectural projects, from design documentation to coordination with the different disciplines involved.

The role requires close collaboration with international teams, project managers, external consultants and technical specialists, contributing to project quality, buildability and compliance with local regulations.

Main responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

• producing architectural technical drawings, construction details, specifications and schedules;
• developing and managing project documentation using Revit;
• working with BIM tools and collaborative platforms such as BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud;
• reviewing and improving the buildability of design solutions;
• coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, external consultants, project managers and technical departments;
• supporting permitting processes and regulatory compliance checks;
• applying Italian building regulations and local planning requirements;
• contributing to different project stages, from technical documentation to on-site support activities.

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture, Building Engineering/Architecture or equivalent background;
• previous experience in technical architectural design roles, such as Technical Architect, Architectural Technologist, BIM Architect, Architectural Designer or similar;
• strong proficiency in Revit;
• good knowledge of AutoCAD and BIM tools;
• good understanding of Italian building regulations and permitting processes;
• experience in producing technical drawings, construction details and executive documentation;
• good written and spoken English;
• ability to work in international, technical and multidisciplinary environments.

Please note that part of the interview process may be conducted in English with international stakeholders.

Nice to have

• experience on large-scale or highly technical projects;
• previous exposure to sectors such as data centres, laboratories, life sciences, manufacturing, logistics or industrial buildings;
• experience within international architecture practices, engineering companies or integrated design firms;
• familiarity with BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud;
• experience coordinating with MEP, structural consultants and external technical partners.

Salary

starting from approximately €35,000 gross annual salary for junior profiles. The final package will be defined according to the candidate’s experience, technical skills and level of autonomy.
