Edenred Milano seeks a Program Manager to lead technology transformation initiatives, ensuring end-to-end governance across multiple systems and stakeholders. You will coordinate IT and business teams, track KPIs, and manage risks to meet delivery targets.

With a degree in Computer Engineering and about 5 years in IT project/program management, you will shape frameworks, collaborate with vendors, and drive digital modernization efforts in a global, meritocratic environment.

Competenze

• Degree in Computer Engineering or related field.
• ~5 years in project/program management roles, preferably IT/digital transformation.
• Strong grasp of multi-system technology project dynamics.
• Experience coordinating technical and business stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
• Ability to define and monitor KPIs, milestones and risk processes.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience in digital transformation or legacy modernization projects.
• Certifications (PMP/PRINCE2) are a plus.
• Fluent English.
